As Chief Financial Officer, I lead all aspects of our financial operations, providing strategic direction and insights to optimise performance and drive profitability for the group. I am passionate about working with people across the business and motivating the financial team to engage with all stakeholders to ensure financial excellence.
I am experienced in financial management and strategic leadership, with a background as CFO and later CEO of National Car Parks (NCP), playing an instrumental role in leading a financial restructuring and acquisition of the business by Park24.
My career kicked off at Ernst & Young with a focus on acquisitions and deals, both in the UK and internationally. I then moved to Eastern Electricity where I headed up their office in Poland before returning to the UK as the finance lead on acquisitions, integrations and the subsequent sale of the business to EON.
