Rich's bio
I’ve been a part of the MCG Group as the Group Finance Director since June 2023. In my role here, I oversee everything related to finance, from mergers and acquisitions to financial analysis and reporting. My focus is on driving growth and success, and it's all made possible because I've got an incredible global finance team supporting me.
My journey into the financial world started with PwC, within the audit and business assurance team. Following that, I spent many years in the exciting world of mergers and acquisitions within PwC’s Deals team. In 2019, I made the leap into the industry side of things, taking on the senior financial responsibilities of a global, multi-sector recruitment and talent organisation.
Since joining the MCG Group, I feel privileged to be part of such an amazing team, and it's been great to be able to bring my experience and skills to the table. I'm all about making the numbers work and bringing value-add, insightful reporting to our many internal and external stakeholders, whilst ensuring the financial engine of the group runs smoother than a well-oiled machine.
